Loving care of elderly teaches us about unconditional love and encourages us to love others in the same way. It demonstrates that this type of love cannot be found anyplace else. It aids in the development of compassion, empathy, and civility, as well as the development of better and more meaningful relationships and friendships. The word ‘caring’ to me is the best way to express love and empathy. This is a phrase that is endeared to me being passionate about caring for others. Since I was a little girl, I always felt a great conviction within me to follow a career path that sought out to help the sick and the elderly. My core values have always revolved around care and empathy. I've always wanted to assist folks and be a shoulder for them to depend on when they're going through a difficult period.

My grandmother, who was diagnosed with heart failure when I was 15, was my very first real-life experience caring for the elderly. I took up caring for her not only because we had a great relationship while I grew up, but because I wholeheartedly found joy in being a caretaker. Every day I spent at her bedside, aiding and tending for her needs, gave me satisfaction, and I felt she appreciated my actions. I promised her that I would take care others in the same way she wanted. It was kind of like paying her back for raising me, she took her last breath with me (it was just us 2 that night). The extra time we spend caring for the old folks offers us a fantastic chance to generate fun and discussion with them. We discover that worry and unneeded strain may make older folks grumpy. Chatting to the elderly provides them a feeling of security and peace of mind. It was interesting experience, as if it were a divine message urging me to start my own business, but I didn't realize it till later.

For others, the idea of establishing a company is terrifying and overwhelming. There's just too many unknown factors to risk it. But I am determined that I can succeed with my chosen business. I started my business because I was weary of being exploited. Essentially, I thought that the working world had its advantages and disadvantages, and that the income was never enough, but there's something in my guts always convinced me that I could have earned more money if I had simply concentrated on myself for a change. Also, the information I gained through delving inside helped me grasp my purpose, which was to assist others achieve their goals by making an impact in the healthcare profession. 

My business, Aspiring Angels, is unique from all other organizations since they seemed to be just concerned with themselves and their personal benefit, but I just wanted change in the healthcare environment. By combining my knowledge with my devotion and enthusiasm, I am able to not only be a wonderful nurse, but also manage a profitable company. I now manage my business as a home health care and staffing firm, which allows me to hire personal care aides, certified nursing assistants, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physicians. The great part is that I can hire these individuals and pay them much more than other businesses because I recognize their value, which makes them want to remain with me further, and everyone is satisfied.

Not only am I attempting to improve myself and building a good life for my kids, but I am also enhancing my staff. I advocate for better wages for them, and I make certain that they would be acknowledged and not forgotten. Our customers are pleased because my staff value their work, and I keep everyone happy by treating them fairly. 

The biggest gratification I have as a caregiver comes from seeing smiles and enthusiasm in my clients, even in the most difficult of circumstances. My presence is always certain to my clients, and I extend my right hand and a shoulder to rely on. Healthcare requires business-savvy executives who will turn the business paradigm on its head, providing customers with the service they want by concentrating on client satisfaction rather than just the product. I feel that the healthcare industry is pressured, particularly because to a lack of workers healthcare personnel. I am really excited to continue my work and provide much-needed care services.

To my grandmother who appreciated my effort in helping her and my younger self who dreamt of helping others, I hope I made you proud of what I have become. I will continue to provide better healthcare needs and contribute making the  healthcare industry more reliable to everyone.
